Shipping
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks shipping for made to order pieces. I want everyone to receive their orders ASAP, so I typically ship within 1-3 days for ready to ship pieces and within 2 weeks for those made to order. I am also one person fabricating, fulfilling and packaging all orders so please be patient with me! <3 (Reminder I am also a human and student/worker with a busy life) If you need your order shipped earlier or by a certain day you may add it to the notes while checking out or email me if urgent and I will get back to you and do my best to accommodate you.
Returns
All sales are final, no returns or refunds are available. Malacries or Valentine is not responsible to lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All pieces are handmade, please be extra careful with them while wearing them. Shells can be fragile, do not drop or put pressure on the shell as it may cause it to shatter. Malacries is not responsible for any jewelry that breaks during the shipping process.
Do I restock?
No. I do not restock any shell designs. Most pieces are 1/1, which is why it is important to put an alarm for all drops <3 I only recreate/redesign ideas, but no two pieces are ever the same. Most 925 Sterling Silver pieces will be in production by me so those will most likely be restocked as needed; other than 1/1 pieces.
